Bookings

A booking request placed on pctravels.online is confirmed only after our team confirms it over phone, WhatsApp or email. Vehicle allotment is subject to availability.

Fares

Rates shown on this website are indicative per-kilometre rates in INR and exclude toll tax, state permits, parking, and driver night allowance unless stated otherwise. Kilometres are calculated garage-to-garage. Minimum kilometre limits apply per vehicle. Applicable GST is charged extra as per law.

Payments

An advance may be requested to confirm outstation and large-vehicle bookings. The balance is payable at the end of the trip against a GST invoice.

Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are free. Later cancellations or no-shows may attract a charge equal to the driver allowance and any non-refundable permit cost.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must carry valid identification, follow the seating capacity of the vehicle, and refrain from smoking, alcohol or any illegal activity inside the vehicle. Luggage is carried at the owner's risk.

Liability

PC Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road blockades, breakdowns beyond our control or acts of government. In case of a breakdown we will arrange an alternative vehicle at the earliest.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
